Minutes from Ao Poh Bay and other tourist sights. A fantastic base for exploring Ko Phi Phi. Appreciated it.

The hotel has their private beach, so we could swim nd relax with no crowded. The view from our room was amazing especially in the morning! We had dinner at this hotel, nd it was really really nice. Moreover, the staffs made our stay special nd awesome :) I would like to recommend this hotel people who is looking for a place for relax nd think abt nothing just enjoy the time!!!!

I was amazed by the view and the private beach! Having meals by the beach is amazing! Perfect!!

The location and the rooms were the only thing we enjoyed during our 3 night stay.

The staff and services were terrible. This was a high priced hotel for the area and the services we received were non existent. We booked our stay weeks in advance through Booked.net and received a confirmation form Bookings.com. I sent an email to the hotel directly confirming our stay and asked for recommendation on how to get transfer from Phuket to their resort on Koh Phi Phi Island. I never received a reply and had to make arrangements myself. When we show up the afternoon of our reservation, they said they did not have a reservation for me and my family. They blamed it on the fax machine - bad excuse because everything was done over the internet. They did get us a room but the people after us had the same problem but had to find another place to stay on the island at 6pm. Service sucked.

Nothing only the

It was the worst hotel I have ever been. Very dirty the staff was very impolite did not now to speak English no good service the sheets were full of holes, the towels we were given were only for the body not for hair or face. The breakfast was horrible. The fly's they were on the food they plate and glasses were given to as not clean. The staff that was doing the omelette at the breakfast was using the towel to clean this face from sweatiness and the some towel to clean the pan that was doing the omelette. This is unacceptable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good thai food at the restaurant but a little expensive.

Staff really unprofessionnal, rooms not like the pics, awful bathroom, old TV with 6 channels, very used towels in room, room half-cleaned at very variable time, have to pay for the wi-fi, free internet on too old pc's, massage place seems dirty, beach very small and every extra is too expensive (transport, food, wi-fi, massage,...)!

We stayed at Grand Deluxe Villa with Sea View room. The view was amazing. Very quiet except the music from a bar next the hotel during nights. Other visitors seemed matured. Nice location for snorkeling.

Music from a bar next to the hotel during the night until midnight. That totally ruined the beautiful wave sounds from the beach. Seems like not many tourists enjoy this music. I walked and checked some of other hotels on the Long beach. Seems like this hotel is the best one on the beach but they are not excellent compare to other hotels in Phuket.

The facilities and cleanliness of the resort was good although overpriced compared to other resorts on the same beach.

Location couldn't be better. You can snorkel right from the beach. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The views from the beach are stunning. The pool is mostly for the diving instruction, but who needs that when the sea water is pristine and gorgeous? The area is calm and relaxing, I wouldn't stay in the town if you paid me...so who cares that it's a walk into town. The rooms are clean. To get to stay on Long Beach for that price, this is the best hotel for the money. So nice to have A/C

Bathrooms are primitive. I was prepared for that from the other reviews. No water pressure, but that is probably b/c it's on an island.

bad state of shower and not too many amenities

location is simply the best. most amazing beach on the island. great staff and perfect beach bar with night entertainment and fire dancers. Rooms were very clean, but quite simple. shower was good, but also a bit too simple. comfortable bed and clean. you don't need more then that when you ar right in the middle of paradise!

we stayed only 2 nights and were desperately trying to get a 3rd night as we loved it so much bot hotel was fully booked.

the location is nice, our bangla is just face the two PP island.

the bathroom is not very cleanning, many ants in the room. and our baangla is the highest, each time, we must ask the reception to send a car, it's not very convinient.
